McKenney hosted the breakfast program on Sydney radio station Mix 106.5 with Dancing with the Stars co-host Sonia Kruger and Andy Grace from January 2008 until September 2009.
From August 2011 to August 2012, Stynes co-hosted 3PM Pick-Up with Chrissie Swan, broadcast nationally on Mix 101.1, Mix 106.5, Mix 102.3, Mix 106.3 & 97.3 FM.
In the mid-1990s, due to the AM stations' dwindling audience and the increasing popularity of the music based FM stations, ARN (owner of 2CC and Mix 106.3) and Austereo (owner of 2CA and 104.7) merged to form a joint venture ownership of both FM stations, selling off 2CC and 2CA to the Capital Radio Network.
