2 unusual facts about My Dying Bride


Waylands Forge Studios

The music for the sixth Bal-Sagoth album, The Chthonic Chronicles, was recorded at Wayland's Forge, as was the music for the My Dying Bride release Evinta, along with various releases by bands such as Necrogrinder, Ethereal, Seconds to Slaughter and Torsion Nine.

Waylands Forge Studios is a digital recording environment owned and operated by Jonny Maudling, keyboardist of the bands Bal-Sagoth and Kull, and frequent collaborator with My Dying Bride.


G.G.F.H.

G.G.F.H. toured Europe briefly supporting metal bands like Fear Factory and My Dying Bride.

Shaun Steels

Shortly before the release of the 2006 album A Line of Deathless Kings, Steels announced his permanent departure from My Dying Bride due to health concerns.
