She is an experienced speaker and guest lecturer and has served as an adjunct professor at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, the NATO School, and Sweden’s International Security Command.
The US Army also established a European Theatre Intelligence School, and one of the early instructors (1946 – 47) was Nobel Laureate Henry Kissinger, who was US Secretary of State between 1973 and 1977.
She has represented the United States in a number of coalition and NATO forums, and completed Senior Courses at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany.
