Established in 2000 as the National College for School Leadership, its physical centre – a learning and conference centre (LCC) situated in a striking building designed by Sir Michael Hopkins on the Jubilee Campus of the University of Nottingham – was opened on 24 October 2002 by Tony Blair.

It is taught via blended learning at centres all over the country and administered by the National College for School Leadership which has centres in Manchester, Nottingham, London, and Ruddington.
He works in both a strategic and consultative level within LINE Communications and has developed learning and communications solutions for clients such as BP, Ford of Europe, Anglo American, BT, Nokia, Volvo Car Corporation, Department for Education and Skills, The Ministry of Defence, University for Industry, National College for School Leadership and the BBC.
