Many North-American Interfraternity Conference (IFC) fraternities have chapters at Kettering as do several National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities.
One of the projects started by the AES member groups resulted in what is today the world-renowned Leader Dogs for the Blind School in Rochester, Michigan.

With a focus on cultural diversity and service, Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority, Inc. can be considered a "non-traditional" Greek organization and does not meet membership status requirements for many of the other national Greek umbrella organizations (e.g. National Panhellenic Conference, National Pan-Hellenic Council, National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations, National APIA Panhellenic Association), nor does it meet these requirements at the local/campus level.
