Chang Chun-Yen

From August 2013, Chang has been to Université Paris 8 (France) for 6-month research, funded by National Science Council (NSC) Short-term Abroad Research Program.

Since 1998, Chang has participated more than 40 National Science Council projects, and serves as a long-term project reviewer of the NSC's Department of Science Education.

Min Chiu Li

Li received the Lasker-DeBakey Clinical Medical Research Award for his work in 1972 and, in 1975, was appointed Chairman of the National Cancer Research Committee of Taiwan's National Science Council.

Paul Yu

He also has been active professionally in other ways, including serving as external evaluator for the Chinese University of Hong Kong, National Taiwan University, and National Science Council of the Republic of China.


Sow-Hsin Chen

He has served as an advisor to the National Science Council, and the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER) of the Republic of China (ROC), and the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) of the Republic of Korea on the matter of nuclear power planning and development in the respective countries since 1972.
