As of December 15th in Algeria, Mobilis the national carrier and Ooredoo formely known as Nedjma the private carrier launched simultaneously after approval and obtention of the 3G licenses from the ARPT their HSPA+ networks under the 3G++ brand, covering respectively 14 wilayas for Mobilis and 9 wilayas for Ooredoo from the first day of launch.
