On December 28, De Rosario was confirmed to be on trial with Scottish Premier League club Celtic by manager Neil Lennon.
They were charged with sending parcel bombs to several people associated with Celtic F.C., including their manager Neil Lennon, former MSP Trish Godman, senior lawyer Paul McBride and Cairde na hEireann, an Irish republican group.
In April 2011, McBride, Neil Lennon and Trish Godman, public figures all connected with Celtic, were sent parcel bombs.

Trevor Muirhead, 44, and Neil McKenzie, 42 were later jailed for five years, having been found guilty of sending devices in the post to Mcbride, Celtic Manager Neil Lennon, and Trish Godman
