News 12 Hudson Valley, based at 235 West Nyack Road in West Nyack, New York, launched in 2005 and reaches more than 140,000 homes through the Cablevision and Time Warner Cable (channel 156) systems serving Rockland and Orange counties.

News 12 New Jersey, based at Raritan Center in Edison at 450 Raritan Center Parkway, is the largest of the News 12 channels, reaching nearly 1.8 million households.
