Christian Nicolay (born 4 March 1976 in Bassenheim) is a German javelin thrower.
2: Shibuya is the fifth solo project released by producer Nicolay, one half of the duo The Foreign Exchange.
He has one half-brother: Baron Édouard de Rothschild from his father's later marriage to Baroness Marie-Hélène van Zuylen van Nyevelt; two half-sisters, Lili and Bettina Krahmer, from his mother's first marriage to Kurt Krahmer; and one step-brother, Philippe de Nicolay from his stepmother's first marriage to French Count François de Nicolay.
The former German Junker (landed nobility) of the Harrach family left a Baroque palace that is now property of Count Ghislain de Nicolay.
The record, which was released January 2007, included remixes from several musical friends of the duo like Seiji, Bugz in the Attic, Nicolay, C-Mon & Kypski, Morgan Spacek, Laidback Luke and the Metropole Orchestra and was well received by both the audience and press.
