JazzKamikaze

JazzKamikaze (established 2005 in Copenhagen, Denmark) is an award winning Contemporary jazz band with members from Denmark, Norway and Sweden, known for a series of albums and appearances on many og the moust important international jazz festivals like the North Sea Jazz Festival and Moldejazz.

Rebecca Parris

Parris has made guest appearances with many top musicians (including Count Basie, Buddy Rich, Wynton Marsalis, Gary Burton and Dizzy Gillespie), performed at the legendary Monterey Jazz Festival in '90 & '95, North Sea Jazz Festival, Oslo Jazz Festival and of course the ever-so-hip International Floating Jazz Festival.

Prior to her debut album, Candy Dulfer performed with Rosa King at the North Sea Jazz Festival, opened for Madonna during her 1987 concert in Rotterdam, collaborated with Prince on Graffiti Bridge, joined Prince on his 1988 tour and had a #11 hit with "Lily Was Here" together with David A. Stewart.

The band has been performing for 18 years, with concerts around the world, including the Sweetwaters Music Festival in New Zealand, the North Sea Jazz Festival in Holland, South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, Toronto's Harbourfront Centre and many others.

The Spasm Band

Their debut album Leggo de Lion was released in April 2007 by Kindred Spirits and the Spasm Band toured Europe and the UK during 2007 in support of the album, appearing at the North Sea Jazz Festival, Rotterdam, Les Eurockeennes, Belfort, Roskilde, Denmark and the Blue Note Jazz Festival in Paris.

Urban Connection

Urban Connection have been touring under the auspices of the Moldejazz, where they visited several of the major festivals in Europe, like the Montreaux Jazz Festival, the North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, and the Istanbul Jazz Festival amongst others, as well as being Norway's contribution EBU Festival in the Czech and Norwegian jazz forums envoys to the jazz festival in the Faroe Islands.
