Richard Antcliff (born 1976) is the Chief Anti Social Behaviour Officer for the City of Nottingham within the Community Protection Service (Nottingham City Council & Nottinghamshire Police) Spearheading Nottingham's fight against anti-social behaviour, RIchard Antcliff is known for taking a tough stance against antisocial behaviour, crime and environmental crime.
