In 1967, Felix Kamov, Arkadiy Khait, and Alexander Kurlandsky began writing scripts for the animated series Nu, pogodi!, directed by Vyacheslav Kotenochkin of the Soyuzmultfilm studio.
He directed more than 80 cartoons and became popular after premier of Nu, pogodi!.
Many of his compositions were included in popular animated series Nu, pogodi! and a 1959 science fiction film Battle Beyond the Sun.
