Moussa Boureïma Ouattara (born 31 December 1981 in Bobo Dioulasso) is a Burkinabé footballer who currently plays for SV Schermbeck in the German Oberliga Westfalen, the fifth tier of the German football league system.
They returned to the Oberliga Westfalen (IV) for a couple of seasons at the turn of the millennium, but fell back to Verbandsliga, and in 2005 descended to play in the Landesliga Westfalen Ost (VI).
That finish earned SC promotion to the fourth division Oberliga Westfalen alongside champions SV Schermbeck.
At the turn of the century they slipped to fourth and fifth level competition, and currently play in Oberliga Westfalen (V).
Two years later the new club was promoted to the Oberliga Westfalen (IV) where they remained until being sent down in 2006.
The footballers advanced to the Verbandsliga Westfalen (V) in 1997 and two years later narrowly missed promotion to the Oberliga Westfalen (IV) when they finished just two points behind champions SC Herford.
