Michael Kuchmiak, C.S.S.R. (February 5, 1923, Obertyn, Ukraine – August 26, 2008, Saskatoon, Canada) was a bishop of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church and titular bishop of Agathopolis since 1988.
