Contractual Delivery Date (often mentioned as CDD) is a term used by Openreach, the infrastructure division of the BT Group in the United Kingdom.
When a customer requests the provisioning of a new network circuit based on Metro Ethernet technology, Openreach will normally conduct a survey and then will supply a KCI (Keeping Customers Informed) update with the estimated Contractual Delivery Date.
She is the chief executive of Openreach, a BT Group business, and is due to become the chief executive of Severn Trent from February 2014.
