Orlando Cornejo Bustamante (born 26 October 1929) was the 37th Mayor of the commune of Pichilemu, office which he held between September 1992 and December 1996, representing the Progressive Union of the Centrist Center (UCC).

The proposal was approved ten years later, on 1 September 2004, thereby naming the area comprising most of the Avenida Agustín Ross area, including the Agustín Ross hotel, former casino, and park.
