The Shopping Center is bounded by Ortigas Avenue on the west, Connecticut Street on the south, Club Filipino (also known as McKinley), Eisenhower, and Annapolis streets on the north, and Missouri Street on the east.
It passes the Ortigas Home Depot, a Sitel call center building, and a row of bars on the northern side before it comes to an intersection with Meralco Avenue.
It is headed by the Department of Transportation and Communications and its foreign and local consultants, South Korea based Yooshin Engineering Corporation and Ortigas Center, Pasig based SCHEMA Konsult, Inc. respectively, and Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Company as the general contractor of the project.
