Ernest Sidney "Ernie" Leacock (c. March 1906 - c. 1977) was a professional ice hockey defender who played in the Pacific Coast Hockey League and the North West Hockey League between 1927 and 1934 for the Victoria Cubs, Tacoma Tigers and Portland Buckaroos.

The final incarnation of the league was managed by Hockey Hall of Fame member Al Leader, and grew out of combining teams from the Southern California Hockey League and the Northwest International Hockey League.

Hollywood Wolves were a Los Angeles minor hockey team that played in the Southern California Hockey League (1941-1944) and the Pacific Coast Hockey League (1944-1950).
Throughout the following 30 years the Pan-Pacific would host the Ice Capades and the Harlem Globetrotters, serve as home to the Los Angeles Monarchs of the Pacific Coast Hockey League along with UCLA ice hockey, UCLA men's basketball, USC men's basketball, professional tennis, car shows, political rallies and circuses.
