April 1: Temperamental fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar was banned for five years by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday for repeated disciplinary violations.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has suspended fast bowler Mohammad Asif after he tested positive for a banned substance in an Indian Premier League (IPL) game.

Raza was named in a 2000 corruption report by Justice Malik Mohammad Qayyum resulting in a fine from the Pakistan Cricket Board.
