Patrick Boutot better known as Patrick Sébastien (born in Brive-la-Gaillarde, Corrèze, France on 14 November 1953) is a French television host, producer and classy personality (mainly on TF1 and France 2, radio host, singer, writer, producer, director, impressionist entertainer, comedian, TV and film actor, and former president of the French rugby team CA Brive.
She was later named director of the weather service on France 2 but continues hosting or co-hosting several programs such as Sportissimo with Gérard Holtz from September to November 1992, Campus in July and August 1995 with Jean-Luc Reichmann and Prima donna with Patrick Sébastien in 2001.

Coby's 'four legs' act is said to have inspired the director of the French film, Delicatessen, to include a multi-legged hero in the film after reportedly seeing him on Patrick Sebastien's early show, "Sebastien, c'est Fou!".
She co-hosted on 2 June 2001 25 ans de chance with Patrick Sébastien on France 2, a special program dedicated to the 25 years of the Loto.
