MusiXmatch has signed agreements with publishers such as: Emi Publishing, Warner Chappell, Universal Music Publishing Group, Sony ATV, PeerMusic, BMG, HFA and cooperate with NMPA.
In 2010, the NMPA represented EMI, Sony/ATV, Universal and Warner/Chappell, Bug, MPL Communications, Peermusic and the Richmond Organization in a lawsuit against LimeWire.
