In 2Cent’s career they have performed with the following notable artists: Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, Killswitch Engage, Chevelle, Danzig, DragonForce, God Forbid, Five Finger Death Punch, Gwar, Three Days Grace, Buckcherry, Korn, Otep, Pennywise, Rise Against, Shadows Fall, Children of Bodom, Black Label Society, Static-X and Clutch.
The band names several punk bands as influential - old school (Black Flag, Minor Threat) and new school (Pennywise, Strike Anywhere).
With influences from the Ramones, the Misfits, Buzzcocks, Pennywise, Green Day, and other old school punk and hardcore legends, CPM 22 recorded their first demo tape in 1998.
This album includes popular names under Interscope, such as the Kottonmouth Kings, Limp Bizkit, and Pennywise along with many others.
Since most the group grew up in the South Bay, they were highly influenced by the reggae, rock, punk culture and bands like Sublime, Pepper, Pennywise among others.
