Very loosely inspired by Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein, the film was directed by Frank Henenlotter and stars James Lorinz as medical school drop-out Jeffrey Franken and former Penthouse Pet Patty Mullen as the title character (who wears a fatsuit in the beginning of the film).
Vicca is noted for her onscreen performances with her girlfriend, fellow Russian actress Nikita Gross, and for being December 1998's American Penthouse Pet of the Month and 2001 Penthouse Pet of the Year runner-up.
She is the second centerfold, after Linn Thomas, to be both a Playboy Playmate and a Penthouse Pet.
