Ultimately, he is shown dying to the sound of the Beach Boys' song "Wouldn't It Be Nice", finally fulfilling his wish to hear the (then newly released) CD version of their album Pet Sounds.
William Morris "Billy" Nicholls Jr (born 15 February 1949, White City, Hammersmith, London) is an English singer, songwriter, record producer and musical director, who first gained fame in the 1960s while still a teenager with his Pet Sounds-influenced album, Would You Believe, originally released on Immediate Records.

The sounds that were lifted for the end of the Pet Sounds album were that of Train #58, "The Owl", speeding through at 70 mph through Edison, California.
Eventually the band signed to Independent label AlphaMale Recordings, prepared for their follow-up album entitled Falling Down and releasing a single called Precious (which received regular air play on Pet Sounds, Today FM).
