On the south, the border follows Arden Street, Deckner Avenue, and Perkerson Park.
In the 1950s, they donated their land to the City of Atlanta, and the land was turned into a park.
Perkerson Park is approximately fifty acres in size and is located in the northeast portion of the neighborhood at the corner of Deckner Avenue and Beatie Avenue Southwest.
