Jean-Baptiste Alfred Perot (November 3, 1863 / Metz, France – November 28, 1925 / Paris, France) was a French physicist.
He also introduced President George H. W. Bush, who ran against Swindle's candidate Perot in the 1992 presidential election.
Perot also won pluralities of the vote in Moffat County and San Juan County, the state providing Perot two county victories out of only 14 counties which Perot won nationwide.
In 1992, independent presidential candidate Ross Perot considered naming Smith, "who'd been dead for a couple of years," as his vice presidential running mate, according to Perot's campaign manager Ed Rollins.
