Christopher Frazine Norton (July 21, 1821 Fredonia, Chautauqua County, New York – May 6, 1880 Perry Park, Douglas County, Colorado) was an American politician from New York.
In the 1940s it was used as a base for the Z Special Unit of the Australian, British and New Zealand armed forces for their 1943 raid on Japanese occupied Singapore harbour.

From the 1970s the Handsworth Carnival (now removed to Perry Park, Perry Barr, as Birmingham International Carnival, having been said by the acting Head of Parks to have "outgrown Handsworth Park") and later the festival of Vaisakhi.
