A.S. Pescina Valle del Giovenco, commonly referred to as simply Valle del Giovenco, was an Italian association football club based in Pescina, Abruzzo.
By birth he was to be the successor of his father; Prince of Venafro, Venetian patrician, Marquis of San Martino, Count of Celano and Baron of Pescina.
In 1993 he moved his "school in the art of living", now renamed Accademia Capraia, to a location near Seggiano/Grosseto, Italy (Lasocki 2001).
Michele Mazzarino, or Mazzarini, also known as Michel Mazarin, (Pescina, 1 September 1605 – Rome, 31 August 1648) was an Italian Cardinal and statesman in the service of France.
Pescina is about 62 km from Grosseto and 5 km from Seggiano, and it is situated along the Provincial Road which links Seggiano to the top of Mount Amiata.

Pescina is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Seggiano, province of Grosseto, in the area of Mount Amiata.
The episcopal see was originally at Santa Savina, but, as this place was isolated and therefore insecure, Pope Gregory XIII permitted, in 1580, the removal of the bishop's residence to Pescina, where the cathedral was completed in 1596.
In 1580 the see was moved to the neighboring town of Pescina.
Near Seggiano is the "Giardino di Daniel Spoerri", a sculpture garden by the artist Daniel Spoerri.
