Beginning with 1922, Ion Dicescu studied at the Moscow Military Academy, and later he taught courses at the Communist University of the National Minorities of the West, the Communist University of the Toilers of the East, the Plekhanov Institute and the Architectural Institute.
The Moscow Institute of Commerce was founded in 1907 on private donations of merchants, bankers and manufacturers, gathered by initiative of the Moscow merchant Aleksey Semyonovich Vishnyakov.
