The single "Garaj Baras", from the album, was selected as part of a Bollywood movie soundtrack in 2003 for the film "Paap" directed by Pooja Bhatt.
Her biggest solo hit and her big screen debut came with a musical hit, Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin (1991), which was a remake of the Oscar-winning Hollywood classic It Happened One Night.
