The selection committee consisted of Owe Petersell (Radio Elmar), Toomas Puna (Radio Sky Plus), Erik Morna (Radio 2), Iiris Vesik (musician), Valner Valme (music journalist from Postimees), Siim Nestor (music journalist from Eesti Ekspress), Henry Kõrvits (musician), Olavi Paide (producer from production company RUUT), Koit Raudsepp (Radio 2), Ingrid Kohtla (ETV).
In his self-inflicted exile in Tallinn the author has been depicting Estonians weekly in the national media, first with a column in Eesti Ekspress and currently in the main Estonian daily newspaper Postimees.
Tamm has published in scientific journals and presented research to a broader public in other venues, including the newspaper Postimees, Radio Kuku's program Falling Apple (Kukkuv õun - 28 August 2010), and Eesti Televisioon's program Good Vision (15 October 2009, 20 October 2011, 17 January 2012).
