Ch Ansir Iqbal Baryar (born May 10, 1972) was a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab (Pakistan) (2002–2007) and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education.
He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008 against PML-N leader Pir Syed Tariq Yaqoob Rizvi and PML-Q's Leader Basma Riaz Choudhry from the Constituency PP-117 (Mandi Bahuddin-II) and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Sports.
He was elected again on the same provincial assembly seat in 1997 and became the Deputy Opposition leader in Punjab assembly.
