The airport is serviced twice daily by Virgin Australia who utilise 104-seat Embraer 190s to Sydney-they are the only airline to operate jet services to the airport; QantasLink who utilise a combination of 50 seat Dash 8-300s and 74 seat Dash 8-400s to Sydney; Regional Express (REX) who utilise 36 seat Saab 340s on services to Sydney and Melbourne and Brindabella Airlines who utilise 19 seat Metroliners to Canberra.
The Q400 is the latest, largest and fastest version of the Dash 8; however, this feeder service to Denver for Frontier was subsequently discontinued.
The Q400, with 76 seats, is the latest, largest and fastest member of the Dash 8 family.
The airport averages 65 QantasLink flights each week, most of these are Dash-8 Q400 aircraft.
