In the year 1983, Choco went to a dance party at the famous nightclub Xanudu, where Quique & Papo Lucca's Sonora Ponceña was performing.
A further version of "Time To Find Me" was also included on the re-released Redux Edition of Quique.
Stylistically situated at the intersection of dream pop/shoegaze and ambient techno/IDM, their first album Quique was released in 1993 on the British independent label Too Pure.
