Betfakkar Fi Eih was the most selling album in the Arab world (Middle East and North Africa) for the year 2008, even though there were huge competitors at that same year including Nawal Al Zoghbi, Elissa, Ragheb Alama, Tamer Hosny, Samira Said, Marwan Khoury, Myriam Fares, Haifa Wehbe, Mohamed Hamaki, Amal Hijazi, all of whom released comeback albums in the same year.
In event organizing, Khodr and Backstage Production organized the two closing ceremonies for the 6th Jeux de la Francophonie in 2009 which was held in Beirut, and continuously organize festivals and concerts around the Middle East, mostly featuring Ragheb Alama.

He began a career in the music industry as a guitarist and manager for his brother Ragheb Alama, who had won the Platinum Medal on the hit Lebanese TV show Studio El Fan in 1980.

Alama would also continue with the success of his brother Ragheb, and even achieved a Platinum Certification from Virgin Megastores in Dubai for the album "Ba'sha'ak".
Of the companies that endorsed Ragheb and featured him as part of their promotions including United Nations, Starbucks, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, Malaysian Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia Airlines, Middle East Airlines, Persol, The Pearl-Qatar.
Created by Alfred Barakat and Simon Asmar, the show is credited for being the launching platform for many of today's Lebanese and Arab stars, such as Majida El Roumi, Walid Toufic, Ragheb Alama, Diana Haddad, Nawal Al Zoghbi, Elissa, Wael Kfoury, Rami Ayach, Bassem Feghali, Sara Al Hani, Jean-Marie Riachi, Fares Karam, Fadl Shaker, Assi El Hellani, Youssef Cheayto, Suzanne Tamim and many more.
