He also won convictions against Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Rakuita Vakalalabure, Ratu Viliame Volavola, Peceli Rinakama, and Viliame Savu for the same offence.
After returning to Fiji, he served as a state prosecutor for four years under the then-Director of Public Prosecutions, Nazhat Shameem and three years as Legal Officer and Board Secretary for the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji.

Wragg is a Fijian citizen, she is the daughter of the late Fijian Chief Ratu Tevita Vakalalabure (the Vunivalu of Natewa) and is the younger sister of Ratu Rakuita Vakalalabure.
