She was an associate professor of Media Arts and Writing in the School of Contemporary Arts art Ramapo College in New Jersey.
In New York he taught scriptwriting at Ramapo College while working for New York Times Television (NYTTV) collaborating on the production of various documentaries.
After visiting the land, it was decided that the Birch estate would be the new home to Ramapo College.

He is the assistant swimming coach at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey, and trains at LifePlex pool in Monsey, New York.
