The Lions Road is a road running between the Summerland Way in New South Wales and a junction at the Mount Lindesay Highway near Rathdowney, Queensland.
It has grown to have over 150 stores in the UK as well as stores in Rathdowney and Dublin in Ireland, Parndorf in Austria, and Sosnowiec and Warsaw in Poland.
Palen Creek Correctional Centre is situated about 100 km south west of Brisbane in the rural community of Rathdowney.
Errill GAA was the local Gaelic Athletic Association club, before amalgamation with Rathdowney GAA club.
