With Pearlman as its music director, the ensemble presents an annual subscription concert series in Greater Boston, Massachusetts; has performed on tour in Carnegie Hall, Chicago's Shubert Theatre, Los Angeles's Disney Hall, and at the Ravinia and Tanglewood festivals; and has toured internationally.
A frequent participant in summer festivals, Chen Halevi has appeared at the Marlboro, Ravinia, and Santa Fe Festivals in the United States, while his European appearances have included stops at Schleswig Holstein, Colmar, Forcalquier, Prussia Cove, Davos, Rolandseck, Aldebburgh and Verbier Chamber Music Festivals, as well as the PMF Festival in Japan and the Perth International Arts Festival.
Ruth Page became the leading force of ballet in Chicago, establishing many Chicago companies with various names: Chicago Grand Opera Company, Ravinia Opera Festival, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Opera Ballet, Ruth Page's International Ballet and Chicago Ballet, with Ben Stevenson and Larry Long as Co-Artistic directors in 1974.
He also appeared with such musicians as Anner Bylsma, Nancy Argenta, Simon Standage, Ronald Brautigam, Wieland Kuijken, Alexei Lubimov and many others and on such American festivals as Ravinia and Santa Fe Chamber Music Festivals and German ones such as Schleswig-Holstein Musik and Berliner Festspiele.
As a well-renowned chamber musician, Linnebach has performed with artists who include Leon Fleischer, Gary Graffman, Lynn Harrell, Jaime Laredo, and Michael Tree, at venues that include the Tanglewood, Ravinia, Santa Fe, Verbier, Schleswig-Holstein, Aspen, and Banff festivals.
As a chamber musician, Marks has performed at prestigious festivals around the world including Ravinia, Aspen, Tanglewood, Santa Fe, Mostly Mozart, and the BBC Proms.
She has performed at major festivals such as Marlboro, Ravinia, Banff, Bargemusic, Manchester, Aspen, the Ottawa International Chamber Music Festival, Lenaudiere, and the Pablo Casals Festival as well as at various pop and jazz festivals like Lollapalooza and the Festival Internacional Jazz Barcelona, to name a few.
He has also directed numerous productions at the Chicago Ravinia Festival, including Sweeney Todd, Gypsy, Sunday in the Park With George, Anyone Can Whistle, Passion, and Annie Get Your Gun.
Festival appearances have included Bad Kissingen, Belfast, Cervantino, La Grange de Meslay, Husum Piano Rarities, Lanaudière, Ravinia, La Roque d’Anthéron, Ruhr Piano, Halifax (Nova Scotia), Singapore Piano, Snape Maltings Proms, Mänttä Music Festival, Turku and Ottawa Strings of the Future, as well as the Chopin Festivals of Bagatelle (Paris), Duszniki and Valldemossa.
Christoph Eschenbach, after leading the Chicago Symphony and the MSC in a Ravinia performance in 2002, pronounced the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus "world-class".
It is part of a large business complex that includes the twin 17-story towers of One and Two Ravinia Drive, a 15-story Crowne Plaza Hotel and a park.
His concert performances have taken him around the world with the most important orchestras (ORTF, Berlin Radio Symphony, Netherlands Chamber Orchestra, the Rotterdam, London, Chicago, Indianapolis, Toronto and Vancouver philharmonic orchestras, etc.) and has participated in numerous festivals like the Algoma Fall, Banff, Guelph Spring, Ontario Place, Stratford and Ravinia.
