Allersberg-Express is the brand name for the RegionalBahn train service between Nuremberg and Allersberg in Bavaria in southern Germany, operated by Deutsche Bahn.
In 1998, Regionalbahn trains stopped running between Barby and Güsten and instead ran between Güsten and Magdeburg.
One exception is the through connexion of RE trains from Würzburg/Lichtenfels via Hof as Regionalbahn trains to Bad Steben.
There is also an hourly Regionalbahn service on the Gießen–Wetzlar–Weilburg–Limburg route, which since the 2011/2012 timetable change has been operated by Hessische Landesbahn.
Goldshöfe is served by Regionalbahn services to Donauwörth and Regional-Express services on the line to Crailsheim, with the regular interval timetable providing good interchange opportunities.
Grafing station, which is to the west of the town, has access to the Munich S-Bahn network, as well as to Regional-Express and Regionalbahn trains of the national Deutsche Bahn railway company on the Munich–Salzburg railway line opened in 1870.
The Oder bridge of the former Prussian Eastern Railway line was rebuilt after World War II, it is today in use by RegionalBahn trains connecting Kostrzyn with Berlin-Lichtenberg station.
Laufach can be reached over Bundesstraße 26, by rail (Laufach station on the Aschaffenburg-Würzburg line, served by the Regionalbahn) and on the nearby A 3.
Regionalbahn trains on the present-day timetable route no. 853 are operated by the Vogtlandbahn under contract to Deutsche Bahn using diesel multiple units of VT 642 and RegioSprinter railbuses.
Track 4 is used by the S 1 services to Freising/the Airport and Regionalbahn services towards Freising and beyond.

Serving Altenglan 5 km away is Altenglan station, which is on the Landstuhl–Kusel railway and is served by Regionalbahn service RB 67, called the Glantalbahn (the name of which refers to the Glan Valley Railway, which shared some of the route of the Landstuhl–Kusel line, including the former railway junction at Altenglan).
Vogtlandbahn operates regionalbahn services from Marktredwitz to Cheb using Siemens Desiro DMUs.
