(born November 11, 1963) is the eldest son of the late Remy Presas, founder of the Filipino martial art of Modern Arnis, and Rosemary Pascual Presas.

Remy P. Presas holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila, Philippines, and worked as a university professor in the Philippines before moving to the United States.
His younger brothers Ernesto Presas and Roberto Presas, as well as several of his children (most notably his eldest son, Remy P. Presas), are active in the Filipino martial arts.
