He was hired by William Pierce to run the White-power music label Resistance Records after the National Alliance bought full ownership of it in 1999.
Convicted in Windsor, Burdi was able to avoid a jail sentence with the condition that he not be involved with the band or Resistance Records which he sold to Willis Carto who soon sold it to National Alliance head William Luther Pierce.
