A 20th-century offer by an unnamed criminal dealer in New Jersey to sell children, ages estimated as 7–14, of both genders and two races, was described by imprisoned murderer Richard Leonard Kuklinski to biographer Philip Carlo and the murderer said that, on a later day, he killed the criminal dealer and instructed the children to call 911 (police) and exit the building to safety.
Philip Carlo (April 18, 1949 – November 8, 2010) was a journalist and best selling biographer of Thomas Pitera, Richard Kuklinski, Anthony Casso, and Richard Ramirez.
