4 unusual facts about Rictor

MTORC2

It is composed of mTOR, rapamycin-insensitive companion of mTOR (RICTOR), GβL, and mammalian stress-activated protein kinase interacting protein 1 (mSIN1).

Rictor

Rictor confronts Quicksilver again, ending up with Rictor apparently depowered one more time and the mutagenic Terrigen Crystals in Quicksilver's body destroyed.

In subsequent years, the character was featured as a member of the original New Mutants team and the original X-Force team, and continued to appear in various X-Men franchise publications thereafter.

Created by writer Louise Simonson and artist Walt Simonson, Rictor first appeared in X-Factor #17 (June 1987).

Trevor Fitzroy

When the Gamesmaster declared that the new target for the Upstart competition would be former members of the New Mutants and Hellions, Fitzroy attacked X-Force, demanding they turn over Rictor and Warpath.

X-Men: The End

Sinister sends his minions (Shaitan, Divinity, TechnarX, Shakti, and Scalphunter) to kill most X-Force members, including Cable - seemingly succeeding in killing all but a few (Feral, Rictor, and Domino survive).
