Songs from OPM luminaries like Basil Valdez, Sharon Cuneta, Martin Nievera, Gary Valenciano, Regine Velasquez, Jaya, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Ogie Alcasid and even bands like Rivermaya, True Faith, I-Axe, South Border are given the "Jay R touch" and will surely appeal to his fans and OPM music lovers alike.
Aside from Ricci Gurango, some say it was Japs Sergio of Rivermaya whom she met in one of their Alabang-based Chickie Bones gigs; while some also say that it was Chito Miranda — the founder of Superlooj — who referred her personally to Mojofly's guitarist Ricci Gurango.
Among other appearance, she was featured in the made-for-Indonesian-market version of Josh Groban's music video, She's Out of My Life, appeared in the Indonesian version of Rivermaya's song Balisong (Filipino band), and appeared in the Indonesian TV Series Dunia Tanpa Koma (DTK), in a cameo role.
During the course of that decade, he was part of the alternative rock band Rivermaya, founded the band Triaxis, and also collaborated with the seminal Filipino rapper Francis Magalona.
The show's theme, "Posible" is performed by the Filipino rock band, Rivermaya.
The second video came out in 2006, when Rivermaya had just released their international debut "You'll Be Safe Here".
"You'll Be Safe Here", an EP by OPM band Rivermaya, featuring the song with the same name which was first used as the theme song to the now-defunct ABS-CBN TV show Spirits, starring Maja Salvador.
