The Crimson Mask, a 2009 film starring Robert Clohessy, directed by Elias Plagianos which had its international premiere at the Cannes film festival and won over 35 film festival awards.

Clohessy co-starred on the Neal Marlens/Carol Black ABC sitcom Laurie Hill in 1992, playing a stay-at-home freelance writer married to the series' lead, played by DeLane Matthews (the series also featured an up-and-coming Ellen DeGeneres).

In cinema, Clohessy played a semi-minor role in Across the Universe, playing the part of Jude's long-lost father.
