Among the group's permanent members is Márcio Menescal, son of bossa nova pioneer Roberto Menescal, who appeared on the Brasilidade album, DJ Marcelinho DaLua and the record producer and sound engineer Alex Moreira.
While still a teenager, she met a number of singers and composers who took part in Bossa Nova's musical revolution in the late 1950s and early 1960s, including Roberto Menescal, Carlos Lyra, Ronaldo Bôscoli, João Gilberto, Vinicius de Moraes and Antônio Carlos Jobim.
In addition to this he provided music for films like Bye Bye Brasil.
