The nearby Maury River Middle School offers a swimming class to its students; the pool is home to the Rockbridge Storm swim team and Rockbridge County High School swim team; and, also serves the needs of local Masters Swimmers, Aquacize enthusiasts, family and lap swimming.
In years past, the club's leadership has taken incoming foreign exchange students to Hull's Drive In at the beginning of the school year.
