He moved to SV Ried after two years and again two years later he moved to Grazer AK with whom he won a domestic cup, became footballer of the year and topped Austria's goalscoring charts.

He then joined Sturm Graz and rejoined SV Ried before finishing his career at FC Kärnten in 2007 after 325 games and 101 goals, aged only 32 years.
